Today, we are looking for a high potential young marketing profile that is ready to make impact on our skincare business in The Netherlands and wants to kickstart their career in beauty!

As a Product Brand Coordinator, you are the backbone of the team. You have a supporting role, making sure all process within the marketing team run smoothly. You will be primarily assisting retail brand managers and overseeing everything that happens in the retailers' stores.

In summary, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting retail marketing activities (creating artwork for all in-store elements, brochures, gift sets, executing external and internal activations...)
  • Coordinating the point-of-sale (POS) process with retail brand managers, suppliers, subcontractors, sales, and retailers
  • Coordinating and supporting external and internal events, as well as shipments
  • Purchase order (PO) management and code creation
  • Updating customer care regarding assortment changes
  • Handling specific ad-hoc requests from retailers and the team

As a Product Brand Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. Your attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to support various activities are essential for the success of the team.

COLLABORATION

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. To successfully perform this role, you will collaborate with:

  • Retail Brand Managers, who translate brand plans into retailer plans.
  • Product Brand Managers, who translate brand plans into media plans and the ideal product portfolio.
  • (E-)Account Managers, for requests directly from retailers.
  • The Brand Business Leader, to whom you report.

QUALITIES AND EDUCATION

To qualify for this position:

  • You are able to quickly and effectively interact with internal and external contacts/stakeholders.
  • You are available full-time (40 hours).
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written (absolute must) Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You have a passion for marketing and an affinity for skincare.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and can quickly learn operational tools.
  • You thrive in the pressure and dynamics of an ambitious FMCG environment.
  • You have persuasion skills and are results-oriented.
  • You are open to new challenges and have perseverance.
  • You are creative and can think outside the box.
  • You are a team player but can also independently manage processes.
