Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable urban water management? We’re looking for a Global Product & Growth Manager to own and grow our Stormwater Treatment solutions across EMEA and beyond.

About the Role

This role is 70% product management, 30% business development. You will own the Stormwater Treatment solution end‑to‑end from roadmap and innovation to operations, documentation, market connection, trainings, and supporting commercial teams.

Your daily work includes:

• Leading the product strategy and roadmap
• Staying close to the market: trends, customers, competitors
• Supporting sales with expertise, trainings, and customer conversations
• Driving growth opportunities and new routes to market
• Coordinating launch activities and ensuring product readiness

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the global product & segment strategy
• Manage and expand the Stormwater Treatment portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
• Lead NPIs, innovation projects, and market-driven improvements
• Consolidate cross‑regional needs into clear product requirements
• Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and risks
• Enable sales with tools, content, insights, and trainings
• Ensure compliance with global standards and certifications

What You Bring

• 8+ years in product management (construction/infrastructure ideal)
• Strong understanding of market needs, customer value, and product lifecycle
• Experience in solution-based selling and project-driven environments
• Open‑minded, collaborative, easy to connect with, supportive towards peers
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Technical affinity and comfort working with engineering teams
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Fluent in English
