Make TicketSwap impossible to miss: build the organic engine that brings millions of fans to their next favourite event.

Job description

At TicketSwap, we’re on a mission to become the world’s favorite marketplace for safely buying and selling tickets. With over 19 million fans across 42 countries, we bring fans and experiences together, enabling people to go to more events they love and helping organisers build lasting success.

But a great marketplace is only as strong as its ability to be found.

We're looking for a Product Manager Organic Growth to help us build a sustainable, high-quality top-of-funnel engine. In this role, you will shape how TicketSwap becomes the first place fans turn to when they're looking for tickets.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager for Organic Growth, you’ll play a key role in TicketSwap's discoverability across search engines and organic channels. Your mission: grow the volume and quality of fans who find us organically, expand our visibility into new markets, and build a top-of-funnel engine that compounds over time.

You'll lead a cross-functional team working at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and marketing. A big part of your role is balancing organic signals such as search rankings, crawlability, content structure, and conversion with a best-in-class product experience that scales across a wide range of event categories, genres, and locations. Your work will directly impact organic traffic growth and the share of new fans acquired through non-paid channels.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Shape the Organic Growth product roadmap: set the direction and drive top-of-funnel growth as the north star outcome across discoverability, indexability, and conversion.
  • Drive strategy and execution within the OKR framework, owning the objective and its key results across functions and playing a pivotal role in prioritisation, planning, and outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives end-to-end: from spotting an opportunity and validating a hypothesis, to shipping and learning. You won't hand things off; you'll see them through together with a full-stack team across UX and Engineering.
  • Be the connective tissue of your 3 amigos: work shoulder-to-shoulder with your Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Designer to turn ambiguity into clarity and ideas into outcomes.
  • Turn technical signals into product experiences: collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Marketing to make TicketSwap faster, more structured, and more valuable to search engines, then translate that into intuitive and relevant experiences for fans.
  • Use insight to find the next opportunity: blend quantitative signals and qualitative research to uncover what drives or breaks organic performance and ranking momentum.
  • Lead with curiosity: dig deep to understand the root cause of problems and know when to bring in the right expertise.
  • Experiment, iterate, and learn quickly, testing new ideas and optimisations to continuously improve organic performance and making trade-offs around time to experiment and value creation.

Job requirements

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams, working in Agile / Scrum and on multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).
  • Experience in SEO and organic growth is a plus.
  • Experience within marketplaces or other high-volume consumer platforms.
  • A proactive and curious mindset: you love figuring things out and taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong passion for user experience and attention to detail; you care about delivering the best possible product.
  • Curious about how AI is reshaping the Product craft, you actively explore how AI can sharpen discovery, accelerate experimentation, and improve decision-making, and you bring that thinking into how you work day-to-day.
  • Technical acumen: you understand how search engines, APIs, site performance, and platform mechanics work, and can confidently advise both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach: you think like a user discovering TicketSwap, using insights to grow traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • A bias for action: you believe the best way to prove your point is by getting things done.
  • A highly organised and structured work style, both individually and in team settings.
  • Ambition and a drive for continuous improvement: you always seek to improve what exists.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Impactful Work – Play a key role in shaping how event organisers and fans connect through TicketSwap’s platform.
  • A Thriving Team Culture – Work with passionate, talented, and supportive colleagues.
  • Autonomy & Ownership – Take real ownership of your work and make a tangible difference.
  • Growth & Learning – Be part of a fast-growing company where new ideas are encouraged.

You need to be based in the Netherlands or have a valid work permit (no relocation support provided).

Research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all the boxes. If you know you’ve ‘got what it takes’ but don’t meet every requirement for the role, we still encourage you to apply.
