About this role

As an Insight Manager, you will join our global Insight team to act as an internal consultant, ensuring our evolution into an all-round convenience enabler is guided by deep consumer understanding. In this role, you will Lead by driving excellence in research, Deliver by providing actionable data to diverse stakeholders, and Care by collaborating closely with partners and couriers. You will help explore new services across grocery and retail, from health and beauty to consumer electronics, ensuring our strategy is always data-driven and customer-first.

These are some of the key ingredients to the position:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for three research communities to provide swift, impactful answers to business priorities.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external research suppliers and internal stakeholder networks.
  • Identify critical insight gaps and develop proactive research projects to drive business growth.
  • Use extensive consumer conversation databases to identify and share clips that encapsulate key behavioral truths.
  • Support global marketing and grocery functions with targeted analysis to strengthen commercial partnerships.
  • Execute independent data analysis across various sources, utilizing Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
  • Deliver clear summaries and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, logistics, and product teams.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven experience in market research roles, managing both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish.
  • Strong ability to craft questionnaires and write surveys that translate complex business questions into clear data.
  • Technical proficiency in data manipulation and cross-tabulation using tools like SPSS or equivalent software.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and guide internal clients and external agency partners.
  • Familiarity with third-party data sources such as Statista, Euromonitor, or Global Web Index (GWI).
