Job title:
Senior Product Manager -IC OEM | DUNLEE (Standalone Brand) – 3D Metal Printing (Global)

Your role:

  • The greater impact of this role.
You are the global business driver for DUNLEE 3D metal printing—owning product direction, commercial success and lifecycle decisions from opportunity shaping through industrialization and global market adoption. You steer the “what” and “why” (value proposition, positioning, roadmap, business cases) and ensure delivery readiness with a clear performance–cost–timeline balance.
  • Detail elements of the team and stakeholders for this role.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing (global scope), you will work closely with the main operational/technical functions in Best, Netherlands, while enabling regional commercial execution. Core stakeholder groups include:
    • Marketing/Business Development & OEM Sales (global): customer strategy, pipeline shaping, pricing/business cases, GTM enablement and launch readiness.
    • Best (NL) hub (daily collaboration): additive manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, quality/regulatory, supply chain, and operations to scale repeatable OEM delivery.
    • Cross-functional governance: R&D / Innovation, program management, communications/brand, and finance for investment choices and lifecycle performance.
    • External OEM partners: technical and procurement stakeholders; structured customer alignment to capture needs and validate roadmap input—mirroring how marketing consolidates multi-source inputs (roadmap, weekly customer alignment, trade shows, interviews, competitor analysis) into a unified product requirements picture.
    • Interface clarity with R&D: marketing owns the needs definition (e.g., VPC/requirements), while R&D responds with the “how” (charter, feasibility, timing, cost)—with active negotiation and alignment at the interface.
  • What are the professional and personal opportunities for development within this role?
    • Build product leadership: global roadmap governance, portfolio choices, and business case ownership globally.
    • Deepen expertise in industrial additive manufacturing commercialization (value/claims, segmentation, pricing, industrial scale-up) while influencing stakeholders across marketing, engineering, operations, and quality.
    • Strengthen leadership behaviors expected—cross-collaboration, performance execution, and simplifying ways of working—aligned to how goals are commonly framed in the organization (learning & collaboration, execution & performance, clarity & simplicity).

Benefits
From health and wellbeing support to career growth and flexibility, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits.

You're the right fit if:

  • Experience: 8+ years (Bachelor’s) or 5+ years (Master’s) in product management / product marketing / portfolio roles, ideally in B2B/OEM industrial environments, owning global roadmaps and launches with measurable commercial outcomes. 3D printing knowledge is a significant plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder leadership—able to convert VOC + market/competition input into roadmaps, value propositions, business cases, and launch plans, and drive alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent.
  • Anything else: Comfort operating with limited supervision at senior level—setting direction, making trade-offs, and driving simplification and execution across a global stakeholder network.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
