Are you looking for a hands-on internship in digital marketing and customer success at a startup?

At Mobypark, we help improve cities by making better use of existing parking spaces.

In many cities, up to 50% of parking capacity is unused, while drivers spend time and fuel searching for a spot. Mobypark connects drivers with unused private parking spaces from companies, hotels and individuals, allowing them to book parking in advance. This reduces traffic, emissions and stress for drivers.

We’re a European parking platform based in Amsterdam, working to make cities smarter and more sustainable.

About the role

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, marketplaces and customer success.

You’ll work directly with our team on customer support, marketing campaigns, and platform growth, gaining real experience in a startup environment.

You’ll start by learning how the platform works and how we support our customers and partners. From there, you’ll gradually take ownership of projects in marketing, content creation, and account management.

What you’ll do

Customer Success & Partner Support

  • Provide excellent customer support to drivers and parking partners
  • Help onboard new parking partners (hotels, offices, property owners)
  • Assist partners in optimising their parking listings and revenue
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and account management
  • Review and approve new parking locations on the platform

Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, create, and send high-quality email marketing campaigns
  • Nail and learn how to write SEO that performs on Google
  • Contribute ideas for growth and user acquisition
  • Create social media and marketing content - optionally

Operations

  • Contribute ideas for platform improvements and user experience and execute them
  • Help improve internal processes and documentation
  • Implement AI in different parts of the business

What we’re looking for

  • Speaks and writes fluent English
  • Is proactive, curious and eager to learn, not waiting to be given tasks
  • Enjoys problem solving and helping people
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is organised and comfortable working on multiple tasks at the same time
  • Has an interest in digital marketing, marketplaces or startups
  • Is comfortable working in a startup environment where roles evolve and change
  • Is tech savvy

Bonus

  • Speaks German and/or Dutch
  • Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam preferred)

What you’ll get
