Vacature: Supplier risk (TPRM) workflow coordinator

Are you the detail‑driven, hands‑on coordinator who keeps complex processes running smoothly?

We’re looking for a proactive Coordinator to strengthen our Third‑Party Risk Management team. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind our digital TPRM workflow where we assess the risks associated with the suppliers we work with—ensuring every step moves forward accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll support colleagues across the organisation with practical guidance, keep a close eye on data quality and process progress, and help resolve issues before they become bottlenecks. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy solving operational challenges, and take pride in getting things right the first time, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you are going to do

The TPRM workflow coordinator ensures smooth and accurate execution of all daily activities within the digital Third‑Party Risk Management workflow. The role focuses on hands‑on task coordination, data gathering, uploads and data quality checks, monitoring of progress, and supporting users in performing assessments.

  • Monitor all active TPRM cases in the digital workflow, ensure process steps progress as expected, and intervene where needed
  • Hands‑on support for users when entering the initial contracts into the TPRM digital flow; provide direct, practical assistance to users performing risk assessments and due diligence actions
  • Help with navigating the system, entering information correctly, resolving basic process errors, and escalate technical problems where required or suggest minor adjustments to the workflow where operational problems appear
  • Test new features or changes delivered by the development team and update operational instructions and quick reference guides
  • Reporting using weekly status dashboards and service level views, flagging recurring issues such as missing data, incorrect routing, or repetitive delays

What we offer you

  • 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary
  • 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and one Diversity Day
  • A modern pension administered by BeFrank
  • Plenty of training and learning opportunities
  • NS Business Card 2nd class, which gives you unlimited travel, also privately. Do you prefer to travel with your own transport? Then you can declare the kilometers travelled
  • Allowances for setting up your home office and for internet use

Who you are

  • Experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within procurement, risk or IT environments
  • Comfortable working with digital workflows and structured processes (ideally ServiceNow)
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a service‑oriented approach when supporting internal stakeholders; able to provide clear, patient, and practical guidance to users
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Problem solver: Ability to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data and documentation
  • Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus

Who you will work with

You will report to the Manager of the Procurement Service Unit. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the Project Manager responsible for implementing the Digital TPRM workflow. You will also have many interactions with the ServiceNow development team, procurement professionals, contract managers, and various Subject Matter Experts.

Please note:

This position is initially offered on a one-year contract, after which the role will be evaluated for potential continuation.
