Takeaway.com Logistics is growing, and our Global Planning & WFM team continues to evolve. If you’re excited about Workforce Management and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the opportunity for you.

We make it happen through Scoober — our logistics operation. Scoober brings together project experts, product owners, hub coordinators and our ever-reliable couriers to ensure seamless delivery experiences across markets.

About the Role

In this role as a Workforce Management Specialist, you’ll be part of our Global Planning & Workforce Management team, supporting Scoober teams with schedule planning, WFM system management, payroll inputs, schedule changes and performance analysis.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring schedules are optimised, systems are accurate and processes run smoothly. Detail-oriented and reliable, you’ll work closely with Operations to steer teams toward shared KPIs while continuously improving WFM processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and optimise agent schedules to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Ensure smooth execution of WFM processes across supported teams.
  • Strengthen the WFM partnership with Operations through daily collaboration.
  • Validate, map and continuously improve WFM processes.
  • Review vacation submissions and approve or decline based on operational impact.
  • Support timely and accurate payroll reporting.
  • Monitor performance and adherence to enable real-time staffing adjustments.
  • Maintain WFM system accuracy (attendance exceptions, shift preferences, downtime, breaks).
  • Audit system configurations to ensure compliant, high-quality schedules.
  • Lead onboarding and scheduling for new hires from a WFM perspective.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to support LiveOps management.
  • Contribute to strategic WFM initiatives and improvement projects.

Who we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in Workforce Management, ideally with WFM software exposure.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong administrative skills combined with an analytical mindset.
  • Proactive approach to learning and improving processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and perform under time pressure when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

What we offer

  • Variety in your work within an informal and supportive environment.
  • A challenging role that encourages professional growth.
  • Being part of an ambitious and growing team.
  • Competitive salary and pension contribution.
  • Travel cost reimbursement and lunch contributions.
  • The opportunity to work in a fast-growing eCommerce company.
