Qualifications

You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Manager Consumer Business Major Programs:

• A university degree and at least 10 years of work experience in consulting in the field of portfolio, programme, and project management.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Business sector and of ERP / Tech programs, enabling you to contribute substantively to client discussions.
• An extensive network relevant to shaping and executing consultancy engagements.
• Strong analytical skills; in addition you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, and commercially minded.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (both spoken and written at a professional level).

How do you do this?

• Lead large-scale strategic transformation programs that bring about fundamental changes and improvements within organisations or society.
• Apply your in-depth knowledge and experience in the Consumer Business sector effectively to the most important strategic challenges of our clients.
• Work with diverse teams from different disciplines and backgrounds to achieve successful results on large-scale programs with our partners.
• Leverage your network within the Consumer Business sector to develop and expand this growth market.
• Provide advice, set up and execute projects and programs, focusing on shaping and realising transformations in this sector.
• Develop knowledge and a commercial network in the Consumer Business sector together with colleagues.
