As a Programs Manager at Landal your responsibilities include:

• Prioritize Strategic Initiatives: Focus IT efforts on high-impact projects that directly support business and technology goals;

• Enable Proactive Planning: Provide forward-looking visibility into financial and resource needs across the project portfolio;

• Drive Internal Transparency: Establish clear quarterly and monthly alignment on upcoming initiatives, ownership, and resource commitments within the IT department;

• Standardize Project Execution: Develop templates, reporting, and documentation standards to ensure consistency in project delivery and technology decision-making;

• Enhance Business Communication: Define clear communication standards to keep business stakeholders informed about IT initiatives;

• Strategic Alignment: Establish decision making forums to evaluate technology choices holistically – considering architecture, cost, security and business impact.

Dit ben jij

• PMO Manager / Lead (8–10 years) or equivalent;
• Proven experience managing IT project portfolios and governance frameworks;
• One or more of the following certifications: PMP certification, PRINCE2, CAPM;
• Background in organizational strategy, IT transformation, or enterprise governance;
• Strong ability to implement standardized processes and reporting structures;
• Skilled in capacity planning, risk oversight, and stakeholder communication;
• Strategic leadership in portfolio governance, project prioritization, and business alignment;
• Experienced in establishing enterprise PMO frameworks and driving process maturity;
• Expertise in executive reporting, resource planning, and cross-functional delivery management;
• Leads large-scale transformation programs integrating onboarding with retention, expansion, and revenue strategies.

* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.

Unfortunately for this position we’re not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
