What are you going to do?

At Nedap in Healthcare, we develop technology that helps healthcare professionals do their work better. And we don’t do that alone. Good care requires collaboration, also in technology. That’s why we are building Ons Podium: the integration platform and ecosystem where external software vendors connect their solutions to our software.

As Partner Manager External Parties, you are responsible for the partner landscape surrounding Ons Podium. You operate at the intersection of commerce, collaboration, and technology. You position Ons Podium as an attractive integration ecosystem and build sustainable relationships with external software partners.

Your role focuses on commercial and strategic development. At the same time, you ensure that operational agreements are clear and that collaborations are successfully embedded within our organization.

Your responsibilities

Relationship management

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with software partners.

Positioning Ons Podium

Promoting Ons Podium as the integration ecosystem within Dutch healthcare.

Business development

Identifying and leveraging opportunities for new partnerships.

Partnership agreements

Establishing clear agreements on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Safeguarding interests

Protecting Nedap’s principles and strategic interests.

Strategic alignment

Connecting partner opportunities to broader market developments and our strategy.

Internal alignment

Collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to successfully implement partnerships.

Your team

As a Partner Manager, you will be part of the Integrations Tribe within Nedap in Healthcare. This team consists of colleagues with extensive knowledge of our products, healthcare processes, and integration capabilities within elderly care, disability care, and mental healthcare.

Together, you are responsible for the technical foundation on which external parties build, and for the collaboration around it. You will also work closely with colleagues from support and other disciplines within Nedap. We combine deep expertise with an open, entrepreneurial way of working.

What's in it for you?

As a Partner Manager at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our mission: helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives.

In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.

At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

We also place great importance on both personal and professional growth. You’ll receive a thorough introduction and are encouraged to keep developing yourself throughout your career.

Required skills

For this role, we are looking for a strategically strong relationship manager with commercial sharpness and affinity for technology.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Experience: at least 3 years of experience in a commercial, strategic, or technical role (Bachelor’s/Master’s level).
  • Technical affinity: affinity with IT solutions, integrations, and data exchange, such as APIs.
  • Healthcare knowledge: experience in or knowledge of the Dutch healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Curiosity: interest in processes and the ability to understand how collaborations truly add value.
  • Stakeholder Management: strong communication skills toward diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ownership: self-starter mindset, initiative, and comfort with responsibility.
  • Commercial insight: ability to identify opportunities and translate them into sustainable partnerships.
  • Language skills: strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Team fit: brings humor and enjoys working with engaged professionals.
