Coca-Cola Enterprises is one of the world's largest Coca-Cola bottlers.
We manufacture, sell and distribute the products of The Coca-Cola Company and selected other beverage brands in Belgium, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. Other bottlers in the Coca-Cola system look after the rest of the world. Sound complicated? Let us explain…
The Coca-Cola Company own the brands, develop new product ideas and produce brand marketing and advertising campaigns. For example, when you see Coca-Cola adverts on TV or on a billboard - that's what they do.
As a bottler, Coca-Cola Enterprises buys syrup concentrate from The Coca-Cola Company, and combines it with other ingredients to manufacture the products. We also market, manufacture and distribute beverage brands independent of The Coca-Cola Company in selected territories. Coca-Cola Enterprises works with customers in Western Europe to get all of these products to market for consumers to enjoy. When you are in one of these countries and see a Coca-Cola truck or a new Coca-Cola promotion in your local supermarket - that's what we do.
Coca-Cola Enterprises has more than 13,000 employees across our business, from supply chain and commercial teams to corporate functions like finance and human resources, contributing towards our goal to always "be the best beverage sales and customer service company".
We offer three different Graduate Programmes; Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance. At the core of our UTP Programme is the opportunity to rotate roles typically every 12 months for 3 years to maximise your exposure to the relevant business unit. The location of these roles can vary within GB. In the fourth year you are offered a position with CCE within the function you have gained experience during the programme.
Leading brands, great people, growth and the reward that comes with it: the raw materials for success are right here.
But still, success depends on all our people sharing a thirst: a thirst for exploring new territory, a thirst for pushing limits, and a thirst for the rigour and challenge of a fast-moving business.
So ask yourself…
• Do you have a personality with the power to influence and connect?
• Can you sustain the pace to keep on growing?
• Will you make an impact with your desire to win?
If you have the personality with the power to influence and connect, if you can sustain the pace to keep on growing and make an impact with your desire to win (what we call THIRST) then Coca-Cola Enterprises is the place to quench it.
We believe that everybody is a valued member of CCE and we are committed to supporting, growing and helping each individual to achieve their potential.
As soon as you start the Programme, you will be assigned a mentor. Your mentor is an experienced leader working within CCE, who will have a wealth of knowledge to share. He/she will continue to work with you for the duration of your programme.
A central Learning and Development plan will be developed for you and you will attend a number of training programmes each year to build both your technical and leadership capability every year.
In addition you will have an individual development plan personalised to meet your specific development objectives.
