We offer Celonis certifications (the Execution Management Software we work with) and any additional training you might need. We have quarterly feedback sessions where we reflect on your progress and discuss on what next steps to take. From these meetings, decisions are made in what direction you'd like to go and any support (training, certifications, conferences) you may need to supplement your professional growth. As a start-up, we are looking to grow significantly the coming years and subsequently, there are many opportunities to grow within the company. Not only in terms of seniority, as well as internationally as we will be expanding to other countries in the nearby future.


You will first have an informal meeting with our Talent Engineer Ashley to get to know each other and to see if it is the right fit. The second meeting will preferably take place at the office and will be with one of our Data Analysts as to get more of in-depth view into what working at Apolix is like and the inner workings of the job. The third step is a Case Presentation which you get to prepare beforehand (two weeks preparation).
