The opportunity

Wij zijn het hele jaar door op zoek naar startende talenten. Ben je (bijna) afgestudeerd in Nederlands recht, Notarieel recht, Fiscaal recht of Fiscale economie? Solliciteer dan naar een functie als advocaat-stagiair, kandidaat-notaris of belastingadviseur.

Je start als advocaat binnen één van onze zeven praktijkgroepen. Als fiscalist ben je werkzaam bij de praktijkgroep Tax en als kandidaat-notaris bij Real Estate of Corporate. Na 1,5 jaar wissel je van praktijkgroep (fiscalisten uitgezonderd en kandidaat-notarissen enkel optioneel) om jouw algemene rechtskennis, je vermogen om samen te werken met meerdere praktijkgroepen en jouw werkmethodiek optimaal te ontwikkelen. Hierin word je ook ondersteund door middel van begeleiding en diverse lokale en internationale cursussen en opleidingsprogramma’s, zoals de DLA Piper Career Academy: een internationaal curriculum, waarin je jouw collega’s van over de gehele wereld leert kennen en gezamenlijke, fysieke opleidingsdagen (in binnen- of buitenland) hebt.

Main duties and responsibilities

Als Junior Associate draai je direct mee in een hoogwaardige praktijk en krijg je al snel de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig aan zaken te werken, cliënten te adviseren of te procederen. Dit doe je in een team van verschillende collega’s en onder begeleiding van één of meerdere Partners. Daarnaast word je aangemoedigd om jouw kennis en ervaring te verrijken én iets terug te doen voor de maatschappij door mee te werken op (internationale) Pro Bono projecten of activiteiten. Tot slot volg je gedurende jouw advocaat-stage uiteraard de Beroepsopleiding Advocaten (BA) en de Law Firm School (LFS): een samenwerking tussen 18 grote advocatenkantoren met een aanvullend programma, toegespitst op de internationale, commerciële rechtspraktijk.

About you

Wij zoeken (bijna) afgestudeerde studenten Nederlands Recht, Notarieel recht, Fiscaal recht of Fiscale economie. Jij bent ondernemend en bereid een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan de groei en ontwikkeling van kantoor. Bovendien heb jij een aantoonbare juridische interesse, een sterk analytisch vermogen en ben en blijf jij nieuwsgierig naar actuele maatschappelijke en juridische ontwikkelingen. Tot slot zoeken we kandidaten die graag in (internationaal) teamverband werken aan grensoverschrijdende zaken.
