  • Providing PMO support for CRCU and modelling-related regulatory initiatives and change projects, including coordinating workstreams, monitoring milestones and dependencies, preparing governance materials, and tracking actions, risks and decisions.
  • Supporting the Team Lead in planning, prioritising and monitoring the delivery of regulatory model management and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Model Strategy, Risk Modelling, Model Validation, Internal Audit, policy functions and senior management to promote consistent interpretation, aligned execution and high-quality regulatory deliverables.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, standardise working practices and improve the efficiency and transparency of regulatory model management processes.
  • Sharing expertise with colleagues, providing guidance on complex topics and contributing to the development of capabilities within the team.

Working environment

You will be part of a team that operates at the intersection of regulation, model governance, quality assurance and strategic change. The team has an important role in helping the bank stay in control of its IRB model landscape and regulatory commitments.
