Senior Power Platform & AI Developer

Your challenges

• Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and manage AI agents and conversational experiences that enable smarter and more intuitive ways of working.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in governance, security, performance, and platform adoption.
• Share your expertise with team members and contribute to the growth of our Power Platform and AI capabilities.

This is what you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions and agents within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of connectors, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
• PL-900 and PL-200 certifications; PL-400 and PL-500 are considered a plus.
• Dutch language proficiency or the willingness to actively learn Dutch while living and working in the Netherlands.

Are you an experienced MS Power Platform professional with a passion for AI and innovation? At KPMG, you will help shape the future of our internal digital landscape by building intelligent solutions that improve the way our people work. As a Senior Power Platform & AI Developer, you'll combine technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions at scale.

As part of our Power Platform team, you will design, develop, and optimise business-critical applications, automations, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business challenges into scalable and secure technology solutions. In addition, you will play a key role in expanding our capabilities around AI and Copilot Studio, helping colleagues grow their knowledge and accelerating innovation across KPMG.

You have a strong track record in developing enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged. You combine technical depth with strong communication skills and are able to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.
