Mission

As Finance GenAI & Transformation Intern (m/f/x), you contribute to the further development of generative AI within Finance. You support the Finance GenAI Pioneer Club in exploring, testing and implementing Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI solutions. In doing so, you help colleagues work smarter and contribute to finance processes that are ready for the future.

Your daily impact

• You support the Finance GenAI Pioneer Club in organising and coordinating activities, meetings and workshops.
• You help identify, document, test and evaluate finance-related GenAI use cases.
• You develop presentations, guides, demos and best practices that help colleagues apply Copilot and other GenAI tools.
• You research GenAI trends, tools and applications and translate your insights into concrete ideas for Finance.
• You collaborate with Finance, IT and other stakeholders and help secure knowledge in Teams, SharePoint and a reusable prompt library.

Profile

Does this sound like you?

• You are in the final phase of your Master’s degree, or in your final Bachelor year with a strong profile, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data, Information Management, IT or Digital Business.
• You are curious about GenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, digital transformation and process improvement and enjoy making new technology practical and useful.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage, and you work analytically, proactively and in a structured way within an international environment.

This internship lasts approximately 5 to 6 months. You report to the Director Operational Finance and receive day-to-day guidance from members of the Finance GenAI Pioneer Club.
