What you will do

As a Project Manager (Implementation Lead), you will take a leading role in the delivery of complex single and/or multi-company projects in the energy sector. You will operate independently in multi-client environments where you can reach the objectives with the proper balance between business diplomacy and perseverance.

You will work in settings where digitalisation, cybersecurity and architectural coherence are critical, but also limiting in terms of technical solutions. You should consider these challenges as an opportunity to be innovative.

You will make direct impact on project outcomes, while contributing to longer-term strategic goals of our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and drive technical projects end-to-end with a content curious mindset, not only through coordination but also by providing guidance and knowledge
  • Structure and manage delivery, including planning, risks, dependencies and reporting
  • Take ownership of stakeholder alignment across business and IT representatives, vendors and other integration parties
  • Maintain a balance between diplomacy and pushing to reach the business goals on time
  • Bridge IT and business by explaining technical limitations in business terms, and turning business priorities into precise technical requirements

Who we are looking for

A proactive diplomatic leader who consistently goes the extra mile and aims to exceed client expectations, with a broad interest in the European energy transition and the technology driving it.

You bring a strong consultancy mindset: structuring complex problems, forming clear perspectives, and guiding clients toward decisions. You combine analytical strength with interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging stakeholders across both technical and business domains.

You also have experience in IT project or program management, preferably in complex multistakeholder environments, and are eager to contribute to tomorrow’s energy sector.

In addition you have:

  • A Master’s degree with proven experience in project management and clear ownership of delivery, around 5–7 years
  • Experience working in complex stakeholder environments, including vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience with project management of IT / IT-OT implementation projects
  • Experience in (Enterprise) Architecture, Cybersecurity and/or Procurement (EU Tender) processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Professional fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Danish, German or Dutch language skills
