About Airlift Systems
At Airlift Systems, we are building advanced aerial robotic platforms designed to perform real-world utility tasks in environments where traditional drones fall short.
Operating in stealth mode, we are developing next-generation aerial systems that integrate mechanical innovation, stabilization control, and mission-specific end-effectors. Our technology is moving from prototype to real-world deployment.
This is not a conceptual internship. You will work on real hardware that will be tested, validated, and launched.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Designer Intern to help design and refine the mechanical end-effectors carried by our aerial platforms.
These systems must operate in challenging real-world conditions — interacting physically with surfaces, distributing loads, and maintaining performance under dynamic motion.
You will translate functional system requirements into practical, manufacturable mechanical solutions that can be prototyped and tested rapidly.
This is hands-on product development from concept to validation.
