About the Role

As Sales Excellence Lead, you will be the driving force behind defining and implementing enterprise-wide sales standards, strategies, and best practices to stimulate growth across all country operations. You will work cross-functionally to build capabilities, guide implementation, and ensure consistent excellence in sales execution.

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our commercial success by aligning global sales efforts, enhancing performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities will include.

  • Define global sales excellence standards for residential service sales teams, including call centre and field-based channels.
  • Develop and roll out a clear GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy framework.
  • Conduct competitor, pricing, customer journey, and internal capability analyses across markets.
  • Design and deliver sales excellence training programs, including call centre and service centre modules.
  • Create best-practice playbooks, proposal templates, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead contract volume, pricing, and profitability analysis of existing customer base.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales team performance.
  • Define and deploy the Aftersales CRM strategy, ensuring consistent use of data and insight to drive customer lifetime value.
  • Establish consistent processes for managing sales operations efficacy.
  • Develop pricing tactics within strategic guardrails.
  • Introduce global processes for sales operations, incentives, promotions, and customer loyalty.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in Sales To Service (STS) sales excellence leadership within medium to large enterprises or contact centers.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales methods and standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and progress.
  • Experience working in multinational environments across departments, business units, and countries.
  • Deep understanding of global call centre operations and Sales-to-Service strategy development.
