Quality Engineer (Haps – Fulltime)

For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for a Quality Engineer.
You will be part of the Quality & Technology team to ensure food safety and quality of the products and processes on a daily basis in our state of the art specialized nutrition production facility in Haps.

About the job:

In this position you support the Line Centric Organisation (LCO) in the area of quality.

Furthermore you have the following responsibilities;

• Supports the Line Centric Organisation (LCO) in all quality-related matters.
• Advise the LCO on quality decisions, ensure the right resources are available, and focus on daily operational quality activities.
• Work closely with the Process Lead (PL).
• Identify and prioritize quality issues and losses, propose improvements, and advise on corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop capabilities within operational teams and equipment owners through coaching and training to achieve excellent quality performance and behaviors.
• Together with the LCO, prioritize improvement opportunities and contribute to Management of Change (MOC).
• Be present on the shop floor at least 70% of the time, remaining accessible, engaged, and supportive, and expect clearly formulated requests for assistance.

About you

Based on the scope and description above, the role requires an experienced Quality or Food Technology professional.

• You have multiple years of experience in process QA.
• You are punctual and have strong analytical skills.
• You work accurately and in a structured way, with a good helicopter view.
• You have an excellent command of the English language (Essential!).
• You speak and write Dutch well.
• You can communicate clearly at all levels and inform stakeholders effectively.
• You have a proactive attitude.
