Here's what we'll do together

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the full category product strategy and execution as a mini business owner, delivering consumer-relevant, profitable assortments across DTC, Retail and Wholesale. Or in other words, owning the end-to-end product journey from a process, fabric, product development and data perspective.

You have passion for quality, sustainability, details and fashion. You know what's happening in the industry and you're familiar with the latest trends and developments.

Reporting into the Director / Head of Product Management, you will lead the category roadmap and ensure end-to-end execution excellence across drops and seasonal deliveries. In this senior role, you are expected to operate with high autonomy, mentor Product Managers, and act as the key product authority between cross-functional stakeholders including Buying Merchandiser, Planning, Sourcing/QA and Brand/Design.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead product vision and roadmap: Own the multi-season category product direction and together define architecture across newness, carryover and hero products, respecting critical path/calendar/planning/deadlines
  • Drive end-to-end execution excellence: Ensure complex product execution across multiple drops and deliveries, from R&D and fabric ownership to key decisions on fit, fabric and cost engineering.
  • Own wholesale integration and governance: Lead evaluation of wholesale product requests and ensure needs are integrated strategically into the core line.
  • Partner as senior commercial counterpart to Buying Merchandiser and Planning: Align category direction with assortment strategy, inventory productivity and margin outcomes.
  • Strengthening product quality, margin and scalability: Drive continuous improvement through platform thinking and supplier capability alignment in close collaboration with Sourcing/QA
  • Coach and develop product organization capability: Mentor Product Managers and contribute to best practice ways of working.
  • Support continuous improvement and team collaboration: Contribute to a strong product culture through proactive communication and structured execution.

Success in this role will be measured by

  • Optimized and on-time product readiness and adherence to critical path milestones
  • Category-level sell-through, margin and newness performance
  • Delivery of scalable product platforms across DTC and Wholesale
  • On-time execution across all category drops and milestones
  • Quality maintenance and reduction in returns or defect issues
  • Effective governance of wholesale requests and adoption success
  • Leadership impact through mentoring, interdepartmental and cross-functional influence

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Product Management or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in category product leadership within an international fashion retailer (denim experience is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of management, mentoring and coaching experience within an international company
  • Strong fashion sense combined with a passion for innovative products and sustainability
  • Ability to research industry innovation
  • Deep expertise in product creation, fit, R&D, fabric, costing and supplier capabilities; maintain and strengthen partnerships with key suppliers
  • Solid understanding of technical pricing build-up to initiate price negotiations with a high level of commercial awareness
  • Structured execution skills and ability to manage multiple products within a fast-paced drop calendar
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a helicopter view; solution-driven, flexible, proactive and hands-on
  • Positive and professional attitude; natural leadership style; team player who motivates, coaches and guides colleagues’ development with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
  • Outstanding communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel abroad when applicable to manage on-site product development
