Who we are

The Cefetra Group consists of various agricultural and food ingredients trading and supply chain management companies, with leading brands within the ingredients business. Collectively we employ over 700 people across 35 offices in 20 countries around the world. We work closely together to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. We develop supply chains with suppliers and create value by sourcing raw materials and supplying those to the international food and feed industry.

The job

Cefetra works in an international context with colleagues, customers, suppliers and many others in and around the chains in which we operate. We are ambitious, we want to grow and we want to do so responsibly, keeping our high-quality standard. That is why we are looking for a proactive and curious Quality Officer with a sharp eye for details.

As a member of the quality team, your job will involve facilitating and enabling the organization to ensure the delivery of safe products to our customers. You will support Wouter van der Poel, Quality Manager, in developing and maintaining risk assessments and in incident management. On a daily basis your responsibilities will be to provide quick and efficient answers to internal and external questions, improve the quality (IT) systems, provide training and keep the quality manual up to date. Additionally, you will handle complaints, address non-conformities as well as conduct internal and external audits.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on the tasks and responsibilities in the position. In addition, you can identify with the following requirements:

• You are passionate about working in Quality within the international supply chain;
• You have a quality mindset and proactively communicate the core values with colleagues;
• Your background is in Quality or Feed/Food safety and you have relevant knowledge about HACCP;
• You are IT savvy and have a strong experience with MS Office and other relevant software such as Power Bi and Power Automate;
• You are good at both Dutch and English, both verbal and written. On a daily basis you’ll need both languages.
