Are you ready to build the future of advertising? As our Campaign Manager within the Global Retail Media Ad Operations team, you will be the driving force behind the flawless execution of campaigns across our global marketplace. We are in an exciting foundational phase, meaning you will lead by creating processes from the ground up while delivering excellence for our partners. Your care for detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure we provide a world-class experience for every brand on our platform.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of Retail Media campaigns, focusing on execution within the Topsort platform.
  • Drive excellence through absolute accuracy in targeting, creative assignment, and pacing to prevent delivery discrepancies.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing optimizations to maximize Return On Investment (ROI).
  • Pioneer new operational processes and playbooks to support the global scaling of our Retail Media business.
  • Act as the primary technical expert for Sales and Account Management teams, providing clear updates and risk assessments.
  • Resolve technical issues related to campaign delivery and platform-specific errors with a focus on swift solutions.
  • Maintain strategic focus and prioritize high-volume tasks effectively during demanding, high-pressure periods.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven hands-on proficiency in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management.
  • Direct experience setting up and managing campaigns using Topsort or similar retail media auction platforms.
  • Deep understanding of advertising technology stacks, including ad servers and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to executing complex technical setups with zero errors.
  • Ability to stay resilient and focused while managing multiple campaigns in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for commercial stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on helping the team succeed and delivering on collective goals.
