HelloFresh is a global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 18 countries across 3 continents. The HelloFresh Group includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz.

The role

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on, and commercially driven (Junior) Growth Manager to join our fast-growing brand: Factor, a healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription service designed to fuel modern, performance-driven lifestyles.

Factor is one of the fastest-growing businesses within the HelloFresh Group, combining the agility of a scale-up with the backing, expertise, and infrastructure of a global food tech leader. From performance athletes to busy professionals, Factor is redefining convenient nutrition across Europe.

As we continue to expand across the Benelux region, we’re looking for a (Junior) Growth Manager who’s excited to help scale the brand locally, driving awareness, trial, and customer acquisition through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will work very closely with, and report directly to, the Sr. Growth Manager, supporting the execution and scaling of key growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of both brand and performance marketing. You’ll contribute to both strategy and execution, helping to build a high-growth market while learning directly from senior growth leadership.

You’ll collaborate on a diverse range of channels including Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Gift Cards, Flyers & Direct Sales, and more, while also supporting broader initiatives such as CRM campaigns, community building through social media, and local activations.

What you’ll do

As (Junior) Growth Manager, you will play a key supporting role in planning, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Sr. Growth Manager in the rollout and optimization of key growth channels, including Influencer Marketing, Partnerships & Brand Collaborations, Gift Cards, Flyers, and Direct Sales initiatives.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies, partners, and suppliers, while managing timelines, assets, and deliverables.
  • Supporting influencer and partnership activations end-to-end, from identifying and onboarding new creators to campaign briefings, reporting, and managing seeding initiatives and PR send-outs.
  • Contributing to CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives by supporting campaign execution and collaborating on email concepts tied to partnerships, launches, and activations.
  • Supporting community and brand-building initiatives, including ambassador activations, local events, and social-driven growth activities.
  • Monitoring campaign performance across channels, supporting reporting, and translating insights into optimization opportunities.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Have 0–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, or a similar role
  • Have a strong interest in growth marketing and multi-channel acquisition
  • Have excellent language skills in Dutch (required) and strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Are familiar with Dutch and Belgian culture and consumer behavior, especially related to food, technology, and commerce
  • Thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments
  • Have strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet (sometimes short) deadlines
  • Are flexible and willing to contribute to broader marketing initiatives when needed
  • Strong interest for social media and creators is a plus

What we offer

  • 20% discount on Factor, Hellofresh or Greenchef.
  • Paid parental leave benefits.
  • 50% work-from-home policy, with a budget allowance to support your home office set-up and the flexibility to work from abroad up to 8 weeks per year.
  • Pension and health insurance support.
  • We trust and support you. You take ownership of your work and push your ideas from inception to execution.
  • We want to see you grow. We support your career progression and provide learning and development opportunities.
  • We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. You’ll work with fun, energetic and supportive teams.
