Seenons is a tech company on a mission: a world without waste. As a certified B Corp, we’re building the digital logistics infrastructure that enables organizations to separate, track, and route waste to its next best use, turning a fragmented, outdated system into one that’s circular and future-proof.
Our international platform brings together all players in the waste industry for circular waste management. We help large organizations reduce waste and save valuable resources from going to waste.

We are currently active in four European countries and are planning to expand. As of now we are looking for an International Growth Marketeer who loves data, testing, and optimization. You’ll own our digital growth engine: running targeted LinkedIn campaigns, managing HubSpot, and optimizing our website for engagement and conversion.

Working closely with our Content Marketeer and Brand Manager, you’ll make sure our message not only looks great, but lands with the right people, in the right way.

What you’ll do

  • Run and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, from audience targeting and creative testing to reporting and insight sharing.
  • Manage HubSpot, including workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • Optimize the Seenons website, improve UX, SEO, and conversion through data-driven experiments.
  • Collaborate with brand and content to connect storytelling with measurable outcomes.
  • Track and report results, build reporting that make performance visible and actionable.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand growth.

Who you are

  • You have around 5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
  • You’re analytical and structured, comfortable interpreting data and translating it into clear actions.
  • You know your way around LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
  • You’re driven by impact, you want your skills to help build something meaningful.
  • You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.
  • You’re willing to work 3 days from our office.
  • As enthusiastic about our mission as we are!
