Are you excited to be part of our dynamic team where business meets technology? Driving Rituals' growth through innovative tools within our Tech & Data department.

Share your talents

Do you want to play a key role in keeping Rituals compliant while enabling our Sourcing, Quality and Regulatory (SQR) teams with the right technology? This is a unique opportunity to join Tech & Data and lead impactful initiatives at the intersection of compliance, supplier collaboration and digital transformation.

As PPM (Project & Product Manager) for SQR, you will be the driving force behind strategic tool implementations and the continuous improvement of SQR-related capabilities. You are not only managing delivery, you are shaping solutions that help our business work smarter, safer and more compliant.

The PPM role is part of the Tech & Data department and works closely with the SQR organization. You will report into the Head of PAS.

As PPM for SQR, you will:

  • Be the primary Tech & Data point of contact for SQR stakeholders and external software vendors, owning the intake and prioritization of requests for technical improvements and innovations.
  • Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live, ensuring scope, planning, risks and dependencies are managed proactively.
  • Drive vendor and stakeholder alignment, acting as the “spider in the web” across SQR, Tech & Data, external software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Deliver complex tool implementations, such as moving supplier buying price calculations to a new PLM tool, covering:
  • Defining business and technical requirements
  • Project governance, planning and delivery cadence
  • Stakeholder communication and change management
  • Defining security and access guidelines, ensuring suppliers only see what they are allowed to see
  • Own the tool after implementation, acting as Product Owner for SQR-related capabilities: roadmap management, continuous improvement, backlog prioritization and value realization.
  • Ensure operational continuity, coordinating support processes and acting as escalation point for critical incidents in collaboration with support teams.
  • Champion best-practice ways of working, bringing structure, transparency and a pragmatic agile mindset to teams and stakeholders.

Bring all of you

You are highly energetic, humble, and have a sense of humor with a positive, “can-do” attitude. You are solution-orientated and thrive on delivering projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You embrace change and get energy from collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Moreover, you have:

  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Project- or Product manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in implementing software tooling within a data or IT environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Determination and persistence to keep trying until goals are reached, while taking stakeholders along.
  • Experience in the retail industry is considered a plus.
  • Enthusiasm and passion, with the ability to inspire people to achieve their goals.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
