In this role, you will lead the operational excellence and digital transformation of Coty’s global fragrance procurement function, focusing on day-to-day execution, innovation enablement, and data-driven decision-making. You will support the Senior Buyer and Sr Manager in delivering the overall fragrance and fragrance ingredients strategy, while spearheading strategic projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and resilience.

Category Operations & Digitalization

  • Oversee daily sourcing activities for fragrance (oils, aroma chemicals) ensuring flawless execution.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives, including procurement automation and advanced analytics for cost modeling and forecasting.
  • Implement data governance standards and maintain accurate procurement dashboards for performance tracking.

Innovation & Strategic Projects

  • Collaborate with R&D and olfactive teams to enable innovation launches through timely ingredient availability and exclusivity agreements.
  • Lead assigned strategic projects (e.g., sustainability programs, supplier innovation platforms, risk mitigation frameworks).
  • Identify and pilot new technologies to enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.

Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong operational relationships with fragrance houses and ingredient suppliers, ensuring compliance and service-level adherence.
  • Support SRM activities, including performance reviews and joint business planning.
  • Act as a liaison between procurement, planning, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth change-control processes.

Value Delivery & Compliance

  • Monitor and report on savings, cash improvement, and risk mitigation actions.
  • Ensure adherence to Coty’s sustainability, traceability, and compliance requirements across all procurement activities.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

Profile

  • Experience: preferred 2–3+ years work experience.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in digital tools (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Agent Development). Vibe coding knowhow (IDE – mainly VS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, operational excellence and AI.
