🎮 What will you do as our Medior AI Engineer?

As a Medior AI Engineer for Futurewhiz’s content creation team, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and supporting tools that enable both automated and human-in-the-loop generation of high-quality educational content. You will work closely with content creators to help them develop production-ready versions of their vibecoded apps and set up robust backend infrastructure to support their needs. You’ll work in a team of developers and content creators, collaborating more broadly with product managers, educational specialists, and other cross-functional teams.

🌟 Your role and impact

• Design, deploy, and maintain machine learning and generative AI models in production.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, handle model versioning, automated testing and scale solutions using AWS.
• Refine and experiment with the prompt strategies and frameworks for LLMs and conversational AI use cases.
• Contribute to the in-house agentic framework ensuring it's scalable and usable by multiple products and teams.
• Optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate defined business requirements into working AI features.
• Embed AI compliance and security into every stage of development and deployment.
