As Managing Business Architect for Tribe ALM (Asset & Liability Management), you play a key role in ensuring the bank provides consistent, compliant, and timely insights into liquidity and interest rate risks for internal and regulatory purposes. Your work directly supports our Head of Treasury and ultimately contributes to a stable, resilient financial system.
You lead a diverse team of business architects and guide solution architects operating under your functional responsibility. Together, you design, modernize, and govern the architecture that supports Rabobank’s balance sheet management, liquidity management, capital planning, and market risk in the banking book.
You act as a trusted advisor, able to translate business needs into clear architectural choices. You build bridges between people, domains, and perspectives—ensuring alignment across strategies, processes, data, technology, and teams spanning Risk & Finance, W&R Markets, and beyond.
Your leadership empowers the Tribe to deliver responsible, future‑proof ALM capabilities.
