We are seeking a skilled and professional Warranty Auditor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service in alignment with the OEM’s guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive warranty auditing, mechanics, or engineering, with a deep understanding of aftersales processes and automotive technology. This role requires a high level of mobility, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct warranty audits in compliance with OEM service standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate and analyze workshop and service processes and systems, ensuring adherence to OEM standards.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve warranty processes and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to ensure accurate warranty claims and processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements.
• Utilize MS Office applications and other tools to document and report audit findings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
