As a CFT Lead

As the CFT Team, you lead the multidisciplinary team in a project-based manner and are responsible for achieving the QLTC-S objectives according to the internally established meeting and reporting format. You operate at the intersection of the customer and the internal organization between People, Product, and Profit. You focus on collaboration, structure, and results, and represent the CFT both within Neways and to the customer. You work closely with the Account Manager, the Manufacturing Performance Teams (MPTs), and the Category Teams (CTs).

Your daily responsibilities include

As the CFT Lead, you bring focus, direction, and structure to the team. You work according to the standardized meeting structures in our matrix organization and serve as the connecting link to other departments. You develop the processes and the people in your team, together with department heads, while maintaining oversight and ensuring everything runs smoothly for both the customer and the internal organization.

Further responsibilities include:

• Steering progress and results within QLTC-S (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost & Sustainability)
• Identifying bottlenecks early, taking action, and setting clear priorities
• Ensuring clear communication and smooth reporting lines to all stakeholders
• Setting up and chairing the meeting structure within the CFT
• Coordinating and aligning customer-focused improvement initiatives
• Maintaining customer relationships in collaboration with Account Management
• Drafting and executing CFT plans
• Guiding and coaching team members in their roles and development
• Aligning the product portfolio and roadmap with the customer
• Ensuring commercial, logistical, and technical alignment within the team
• Contributing to continuous process improvement and optimizing collaboration
• Reporting to the Management Team of NAA
