In this internship, you will support the Commercial Partnerships Lead in building, executing and optimizing commercial collaborations that drive revenue, brand awareness and product trial. You will work on real-life cases with premium brands, media partners and key accounts, operating at the intersection of fragrance, luxury and contemporary brand culture.
You will gain hands-on experience in how strategic partnerships are developed from idea to execution within Europe’s leading perfume discovery platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, trend-driven scale-up environment.
What you’ll work on:
During your internship, you will contribute to concrete partnerships and campaigns such as:
- Brand partnerships with premium perfume houses and niche brands, leveraging their visibility through our commercial activations
- Key account partnerships: always-on campaigns focused on trial and conversion
- Magazine & media collaborations: cover sealings, subvertorials, editorial integrations and gifting activations
- Branded Gift-With-Purchase campaigns: including proposition development, asset briefings and performance evaluation
- Gifting & beauty drops: limited edition boxes, seasonal gift sets and B2B gifting propositions
Key responsibilities:
Commercial & Partnership Support
- Support the preparation of pitches, proposals and sales decks for media, brand and gifting partners
- Assist in the development and execution of concrete cases such as cover campaigns, branded GWP actions and sampling activations
- Conduct research into new partnership opportunities across new markets: encompassing media, brands, B2B and gifting platforms
Campaign & Activation Support
- Support campaign execution from briefing to launch
- Coordinate input and feedback between Commercial, Brand, Creative and CRM teams
- Check and manage campaign assets, timelines and deliverables (online & offline)
Account & Performance Support
- Assist with campaign reporting and evaluation (reach, inflow, revenue, learnings)
- Help maintain overviews of ongoing partnerships and deliverables
- Gain insight into barter vs. non-barter deals and how commercial impact is measured
Gifting & B2B Support
- Support the development of gifting propositions (holiday gifts, giftcards, premium boxes)
- Assist with B2B gifting orders and platforms from proposal to delivery
- Contribute ideas on how gifting supports both brand positioning and revenue growth

Job requirements
This is what we’re looking for in your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, Commercial Economics, Communication)
- You have a strong commercial mindset and a natural affinity with brands, luxury and the world of fragrance
- You are on-trend, culturally aware and interested in contemporary brand positioning and premium consumer experiences
- You work in a structured way and are comfortable juggling multiple projects
- You are proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- You communicate clearly in both English and Dutch
- You are available for a 5-6 month internship
The start date of the internship is flexible; however, we are ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
