FrieslandCampina Professional is looking for a Manager Product Management – CRM & Commercial Enablement to turn our commercial strategy into simple, scalable, and effective ways of working across units. In this role, you help make CRM the backbone of commercial execution — ensuring our sales and marketing teams operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

You will work closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Insights, and regional teams to translate business needs into intuitive CRM-supported routines. You enjoy working with tech experts, understanding Salesforce well enough to make smart product decisions, and thrive in an environment where delivery, adoption, and impact go hand in hand.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in commercial, digital, or CRM supported transformation roles
  • Experience in product management, or digital enablement roles, within B2B environments
  • Solid CRM fluency (Salesforce) and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and data teams
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, improve ways of working, and influence diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience leading or coaching teams; you enjoy developing talent and creating focus
  • You are fluent in English and based in the Netherlands, within reasonable travel distance of Amersfoort

The ideal candidate has a combined experience in CRM (Salesforce) roles as well as commercial experience.

You will have the chance to

  • Operate at real enterprise scale, improving how our B2B commercial organization drives growth

  • Lead two Digital Managers and guide them in turning market needs into digital solutions that land
  • Work closely with expert teams across Sales, IT, Data, and Commercial Excellence
  • Create measurable impact in funnel health, opportunity quality, forecasting discipline, and adoption
  • Influence how hundreds of colleagues work every day, from sales promoters to country leadership teams

In this role, you will ensure CRM consistently enables strong, repeatable commercial execution across Europe and international markets. You will:

  • Lead the commercial process enablement roadmap, shaping how lead management, pipeline reviews and forecasting are executed
  • Translate business requirements into clear, scalable CRM ways of working that are intuitive for teams
  • Prioritize a valuedriven backlog and collaborate with IT on delivery, ensuring smooth landing of changes
  • Drive adoption through communication, training, feedback loops, and regular performance reviews
  • Lead and coach two Digital Managers as they translate OPCO regional needs into action and support markets in implementing improvements
  • Facilitate crossmarket sharing, helping markets learn, scale, and adopt best practices
  • Track and improve KPIs such as data quality, opportunity health, conversion, and forecast accuracy

You will join the Digital Commercial Excellence team based in Amersfoort, the center of our global B2B organization. Our team brings together experts from Digital, Commercial Excellence, Data & Insights, CRM, and Digital Marketing with a passion for commercial execution in the B2B food industry. We partner closely with Operating Companies to design and embed digital ways of working that support smarter growth and more consistent execution.

We work in a highly collaborative, international environment, combining test-and-learn, datadriven decision making, and strong alignment with Sales Excellence, CE Transformation, IT, and Data teams.
