Member Rewards and Experience Specialist

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by scaling and managing the OneASICS™ membership programme across Europe. As the Loyalty Rewards and Experience Specialist, you'll own the complete rewards and partnerships strategy, from negotiating with partners to optimising member experiences across all touchpoints, whilst driving measurable impact through data-led decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of rewards and partnerships for OneASICS™, including partner negotiation, contract coordination, marketing briefing, implementation, and performance reporting.
  • Plan and deliver a quarterly rewards roadmap that is always available and based on commercial models, return on investment, and member relevance.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve the rewards programme effectiveness.
  • Oversee marketing updates for the rewards store, including copy, visuals, and content to maintain an engaging member experience.
  • Collaborate closely with loyalty specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver high quality member experiences across channels.
  • Support retail and event activations, including in-store partnerships, ensuring alignment with the overall loyalty strategy and brand experience.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives aimed at improving member satisfaction, CX and CSAT, partnering with relevant teams to elevate experience quality wherever applicable.

You have the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Loyalty and membership programme management expertise.
  • Strategic partnership identification, negotiation, and delivery capabilities.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing loyalty and omnichannel roadmaps.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficency and data visualization skills.
