About the Role

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our compensation and benefits strategy. You’ll be part of the Rewards, Recognition & Performance team, within the Human Resources department, and will help ensure our reward offerings are competitive, relevant, and aligned with our long-term people strategy and business goals.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Strategy & Design

  • Develop, maintain, and implement compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure our total rewards approach supports talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

🔹 Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with the local and global teams to design and administer compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, budgeting, and salary/bonus reviews.
  • Lead and/or contribute to projects that enhance our total rewards offering (e.g., pension, mobility, rewards communication).
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies, designing innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement.

🔹 Data & Insights

  • Drive data-driven decision making through detailed analysis and reporting, providing insights that support strategic reward decisions.
  • Update C&B policies and draft communications for employees and the Works Council.

🔹 Advisory Support

  • Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day performance management, compensation and benefits inquiries.
