We are seeking an Buyer to join Coty’s Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Retail Categories, and supporting the broader A&CP scope for our Colour Cosmetics brands - Rimmel, Max Factor, CoverGirl, Sally Hansen, Bourjois, and Miss Sporty.

You will help bring our instore activations and brand experiences to life, while contributing to strategic projects across the A&CP category (Permanent Merchandising, Temporary Merchandising, GWPs, and others).

This position is ideal for a hands on, analytical, data driven Procurement professional who enjoys working across regions, solving problems, and driving tangible business impact.

Working with key stakeholders:

  • Central stakeholders across functions, VM, FINANCE
  • EMEA, Americas and APAC Retail Procurement leadership
  • Other indirect global category leads

Reporting to Senior Manager, Global Indirect Procurement Consumer Beauty your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist your manager with both, Retail Categories and the wider A&CP scope for Color Cosmetics.
  • Value Contribution: Help identify cost-effective and sustainable solutions for your categories, supporting faster-to-market execution and measurable business impact.
  • Supplier Support: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Learning & Skill Development: Participate in knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives, learning about category strategy, cost targets, and ROI, while developing your own Procurement expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Category Strategy: Help develop and carry out retail category plans across different markets. Assist with research on suppliers, pricing, tariffs, and local risks.
  • Contribute to Cost Savings: Look for ways to reduce costs and improve value within your category, and track and report on results.
  • Assist with Supplier Management: Support relationships with suppliers to encourage innovation, strong performance, and long-term partnerships.
  • Help with Sourcing & Contracts: Assist in preparing for supplier negotiations, managing purchase orders, and maintaining contract documentation.
  • Analyze Market Data: Collect and summarize information about markets, competitors, and industry trends to support decision-making.
  • Follow Company Policies: Make sure all work complies with Coty’s Data Privacy, Information Security, and Code of Conduct standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Profile and education:

  • 2+ years of Procurement experience, ideally in Indirect Procurement, Retail materials, or A&CP categories.
  • Highly data driven, analytical, comfortable managing complex datasets and cost models.
  • Strong ownership and proactive approach, with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Key competencies and demonstrated skills:

  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues across regions and functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good analytical ability and interest in developing category and market understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite — especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear communicator with developing negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrates business curiosity, professionalism, and interpersonal savvy.
  • Interest in and understanding of the A&CP environment.
