At Nedap, we have started implementing HubSpot to replace Dynamics. Each Business Unit has its own schedule and is at a different stage of implementation (ranging from the start phase to completion). Within the Growth & Automation Team, which is part of Business Automation & Tooling, we are responsible for these HubSpot projects and their further development. We support the various Business Units in their implementations and ensure integration with applications such as Zuora, Oneflow, Freshdesk and other tools we use at Nedap. And this is where we could really use your help as a HubSpot Specialist!

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will help other teams make the most of HubSpot. Your tasks will include setting up workflows and journeys, automating processes, building dashboards, further configuring the teams and utilising the many other possibilities HubSpot has to offer. One of the first projects you will work on is the further roll-out of HubSpot within the Business Units. In addition, you will contribute to the implementation of Oneflow, support colleagues in Healthcare in setting up workflows, and help set up HubSpot for the Customer Success Teams.

Winning by Design

At Nedap, we are transitioning to Recurring Impact Business models. This change requires an evolution in our commercial approach: from managing leads and deals to managing the entire recurring impact lifecycles. It also requires us to build a supporting structure that allows this model to function optimally. To achieve this, we have chosen the Winning by Design (WbD) Bowtie methodology as our shared commercial framework and HubSpot as the technological platform that makes this possible.

Your responsibilities

  • New solutions Introduces new solutions for processes such as onboarding, billing, links and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Process and root-cause analysis Clearly maps out processes and underlying problems and discusses these with stakeholders.
  • Reusable solution design Identifies the ‘problem behind the problem’ and translates this into generic, reusable standard solutions that can be used across market groups.
  • Rollout and adoption Actively contributes to the organisation-wide rollout and adoption of HubSpot within all Business Units.
  • HubSpot Oversight Monitors data quality and maintains an overview of all HubSpot activities within Nedap.
  • Continuous improvement Follows relevant trends and innovations within HubSpot and translates these into concrete improvements.
  • Development of HubSpot Contributes to the further development of email templates, landing pages and contract templates.
  • Solving complex issues Solves complex issues by being able to abstract and, if necessary, work with additional tooling alongside the standard tooling within the team.

Your team

The Growth & Automation Team is a new team of experts within Nedap. This team is responsible for HubSpot and the associated tooling, such as Oneflow, Crowdtech and Arrows. From this team, we support all Business Units, develop generic solutions and build HubSpot apps that can be used organisation-wide.

Together with your team, which consists of a Product Owner, HubSpot specialists and a developer, you will work with stakeholders to review existing processes, propose improvements and translate these into tickets and/or projects within the team.

Our offer

As a HubSpot Specialist at Nedap, you will make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. The salary range for this role is between € 4.000 and € 5.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap. At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also highly value personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, and we encourage you to continuously develop yourself.

Required experience and skills

As a HubSpot Specialist, you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with different teams (both technical and non-technical) and know how to effectively answer their questions about HubSpot. You understand both the business processes of teams and the technical capabilities of HubSpot and related tools. You have a natural drive to support colleagues and make processes smarter. You are passionate about taking care of colleagues and creating overview and clarity.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

  • Experience: extensive experience with HubSpot (preferably the entire suite).
  • Business processes: interest in processes such as support, finance, upselling/downselling and the entire customer data lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).
  • Learning & tooling: willingness to delve into various products such as Zuora and Oneflow.
  • Methodology: knowledge of the Winning by Design (WbD) Bow-Tie methodology, or willingness to learn about it and obtain certifications.
  • Language skills: You speak both Dutch and English fluently.
  • Technical skills (nice to have): knowledge of HTML, CSS, HubL and HubSpot COS.

Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) working is common at Nedap, and you and your team will agree on your working hours to ensure a good work-life balance. Preferably, you will be present at our campus in Groenlo at least twice a week.
