The work

Are you passionate about technology and excited to help organizations modernize their customer engagement platforms? As a Junior Consultant - Customer Tech within our Service team, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering cloud‑native customer solutions and supporting the implementation of advanced technologies such as CCaaS platforms, CRM integrations, automation, and AI‑driven capabilities – designing great customer experiences, personalized service and unlocking business growth.

Team

Our Service team consists of 17 talented and engaged colleagues. We see each other every week in our office for formal and informal events. You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects for various clients across diverse industries, broadening your exposure to different business challenges and customer engagement strategies. This dynamic environment allows you to apply your skills while gaining valuable experience in tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

Daily Tasks

As a Customer Tech Analyst, you will contribute to reshaping the customer service environment through the integration of the latest technologies with architecture and solution design. You will collaborate closely with technical architects and consultants on system analysis, configuration, and designing effective solutions, thereby deepening your expertise in modern customer service technology stacks. Key duties can include mapping process and interaction flows, configuring and validating CCaaS environments, preparing technical solution options, evaluating integration methods with CRM or backend systems, and drafting technical deliverables and presentations.

Technology

You’ll be introduced to the latest AI technologies that power modern customer service organizations, including CCaaS platforms, CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), cloud platforms, and basic integration concepts.
