Are you excited to be part of our dynamic team where business meets technology? Drive Rituals’ growth through innovative tools within our Tech & Data department.

In this role as a Business Analyst - B2B Sales Tech, you’ll join the Tech and Data department at Rituals. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are transforming our technology landscape to deliver our future vision of becoming an iconic, global well-being brand. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is driven by impact and enjoys turning complex business needs into clear, workable solutions that improve how we serve our B2B partners.

Overview of the role

Managing B2B partners across our Wholesale, Travel Retail, B2B Partnerships and Master Franchise business units has become increasingly complex due to fragmented account data spread across multiple systems and an increasingly complex IT landscape. Maintaining a clear overview of partner-specific information is essential to deliver exceptional service.

Your focus will be on enhancing and innovating our best-of-breed Cloud/SaaS B2B CRM solution (Salesforce Sales Cloud) and other relevant platforms that support the B2B Sales process.

You will report to the Head of Tech B2B Sales and act as the key link between business goals, technical solutions and system performance. You will analyse end-to-end processes, translate needs into clear requirements, and support the development and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the domain.

Meet the team

You will join the B2B Sales Tech team, a close-knit group of 4 professionals that works closely with our Salesforce implementation partner, where we have a dedicated team that we work with on a daily basis. Together, the team focuses on driving impactful technology initiatives, collaborating across business and technical areas, and continuously improving the employee experience through innovative solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive environment where everyone contributes to making a real difference for the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to map end-to-end processes and data flows, identify pain points and gaps, and translate these into functional and technical requirements.
  • Align business requirements with technical and functional feasibility; contribute to development-ready user stories and solution scope in line with the Tech landscape and roadmap.
  • Liaise with Tech and Data teams and partners (software vendors, developers, domain/solution architects and other Business Analysts) to design, test and implement scalable, future-proof improvements.
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, including supporting business users in building robust test scenarios that validate functionality and data accuracy across systems and integrations.
  • Support issue and defect management by identifying, documenting and tracking defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Create clear documentation and training materials for end users to ensure smooth adoption of new features, processes and ways of working.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes and platform capabilities (including Salesforce Sales Cloud) using insights and stakeholder feedback.

Bring all of you

This is you

You are proactive, curious and comfortable asking the questions needed to get to the root cause. You communicate clearly and can translate between business and technical language. You operate well in an international, fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt quickly when priorities shift. Moreover, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or in business consultancy within a Tech/IT environment.
  • Experience documenting and analysing business processes using visual tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Preferred: experience modelling processes using a notation such as BPMN.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or similar B2B CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Confidence working with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including discussing options and trade-offs.

Benefits of working at Rituals

  • Unique opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Staff discount on Rituals products
  • Attractive bonus
  • Flexible working hours tailored to your personal rhythm
  • Company & team events
