In this role as an HR Advisor at our corporate headquarters in Son, you act as a strategic sparring partner for leaders and play an active role in corporate projects such as Health & Fit and Total Reward. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and working/thinking level in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration, with a strong interest in people and organizations;
At least 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment;
Knowledge and experience with the Metalektro collective labour agreement, job evaluation systems such as ISF and HAY, and HR systems (AFAS is an advantage);
A proactive, eager‑to‑learn and independent work attitude, combined with analytical skills, a structured approach, numerical proficiency, organizational sensitivity and a results‑oriented mindset;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages; German is a plus.
Advising managers and employees on development and organizational matters;
Substantive contribution to Total Reward activities, such as compensation schemes, employment conditions policies, job evaluation, and international mobility matters.
Developing plans focused on sustainable employability, Learning & Development (L&D), and team development;
Contributing to strategic HR projects, including policy development, harmonization, and process and automation optimization;
Thinking along and contributing to the annual HR cycle, such as performance reviews and reward processes;
Actively contributing to corporate projects and processes such as Health & Fit and Total Reward;
Acting as a corporate linking pin between the various Neways locations
