Als Healthcare Solutions Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versnellen van de groei van SN-categorieën in LATAM (voornamelijk Central America Zone) door:
- Het stimuleren van healthcare engagement en sales performance via high-performing distributor- en HCP (Health Care Professional) field force teams.
- Het leiden van de executie van healthcare strategieën, in lijn met corporate guidelines.
- Het opbouwen van sterke partnerships met medical institutions, HCPs en distributors.
- Het managen van de dagelijkse healthcare nutrition- en salesoperatie met volledige business accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Healthcare Strategy & Execution: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van regionale healthcare-plannen op basis van market analysis, competitive trends en business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Bouwen en coachen van high-performing medical field teams. Country Field Managers ondersteunen in hun leiderschapsrol en competency-based learning programs aanjagen.
- Sales Excellence: Leiden van strategic selling processes, top-to-top engagements en zorgen voor excellence in execution van CRM en SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) plannen, inclusief training voor Med Reps.
- Distributor Management: Relaties met distributors versterken en optreden als trusted expert die waarde toevoegt aan hun HCP-agenda.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Nauw samenwerken met Strategy, Medical Affairs, SFE en Digital Healthcare teams om impactvolle healthcare-strategieën te co-creëren.
- Territory Optimization: Resources effectief alloceren over healthcare-kanalen met behulp van deep channel insights.

- KPI and Dashboard Expertise, comfortabel met dashboard- en KPI-monitoring (Coverage, Frequency, Segmentation, Bonus scheme for Med Rep, Selling Skills levels, etc.).
- Office tools fluency met Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint.
- Decision making op basis van structure analysis.
- Translating complex product benefits into clear, customer-relevant narratives die resoneren bij healthcare professionals, distributors of decision-makers.

About Your Background
- Experience: 5+ years in sales within pharmaceutical, nutrition, or medical equipment industries.
- Education: BSc in Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or equivalent. Specialized Nutrition experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Mobility: Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Mindset: Collaborative, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
