Job description

In this role, you provide essential project, communication, and event support to the Group Communications Partnership & Innovation Manager for dsm‑firmenich’s sports partnerships. You bridge internal teams, external partners, and product development experts to ensure seamless activation and strong stakeholder engagement. Designed as a launchpad for early‑career professionals, this role gives you the opportunity to accelerate your growth, broaden your cross‑functional exposure, and build a strong network across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support partnership projects: assist in the execution and coordination of partnership‑related projects, ensuring smooth activation across campaigns and initiatives
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders: act as a day‑to‑day liaison between internal teams, external partners, sports organizations, and product development experts to maintain clear information flow
  • Develop & deliver communication materials: support the creation, refinement, and timely delivery of communication assets for global partnership campaigns
  • Support events & activations: contribute to event planning and provide on‑site support to ensure successful activation and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor & report on campaign progress: track activation outcomes, monitor media coverage, and prepare updates for internal teams and senior leadership
  • Maintain documentation & project timelines: handle administrative tasks including documentation, timeline tracking, and preparation of reports and progress summaries

You bring

  • Experience in communications functions is preferred
  • Fluency in English, strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • An approach which demonstrates initiative, problem‑solving ability, and openness to a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and execute tasks accurately
