About the Role

Como WFM Capacity Analyst dentro de nuestro Global Planning & Workforce Management team, apoyarás a los mercados de Scoober en la determinación de necesidades de FTE, la optimización del uso de contratos y la entrega de proyectos estratégicos de planificación de la fuerza laboral.

Combinarás modelado a corto y largo plazo con una sólida gestión de stakeholders para asegurar que dotamos de personal de forma eficiente, nos mantenemos dentro del presupuesto y seguimos ofreciendo un excelente servicio tanto a couriers como a clientes. Trabajando de cerca con Finanzas y Operaciones, ayudarás a traducir datos en estrategias de resourcing accionables, impulsando la mejora continua en múltiples mercados.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Build accurate forecasts using historical data and workload insights, adapting plans to evolving business needs.
• Develop hiring, ramp-down and shrinkage strategies to meet demand within budget.
• Support budget planning cycles in partnership with Finance teams.
• Maintain high-quality capacity plans across multiple international markets.
• Define staffing ratios and benchmarks where workload data is limited.
• Analyse trends in KPIs such as agent performance, attrition, shrinkage and cost per ticket.
• Run regular performance reviews with stakeholders and create resourcing improvement plans.
• Lead and support implementation and transition of strategic WFM projects.
• Assist the wider WFM team with data visualisation, dashboards and reporting.
• Provide recommendations on WFM software configuration and tooling.

What will you bring to the team?

• Strong experience in workforce management, including forecasting, capacity planning and analytics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions, flag risks and advocate for continuous improvement.
• Strong critical thinking, judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders across seniority levels and functions.
