We are shaping the world of unbiased hiring and on the lookout for a Product Analyst. Ready to shake things up with us? 🚀

Equalture needs you to change the traditional recruitment process and make a lasting impact on the way we hire. There’s never a dull moment- things are always moving! We would have been happy to have you on board yesterday, but tomorrow is also fine.

What you’ll get:

  • Accountability, flexibility, and rapid growth;
  • Unlimited paid holidays;
  • The possibility to work on your mental and physical health;
  • Compensation: €3500-4300;
  • Remote, hybrid - you choose;
  • Occasional cuddle sessions with our Cuddle Officers đŸ¶;
  • A culture where every win will be celebrated!

About the job

As our Product Analyst, you’ll create, maintain and improve our product analytics, ensuring easy access to the most important product data points for both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll translate product data into actionable insights that help our customers (and Equalture) innovate and maximize impact in unbiased hiring.

You will work within the Product team and frequently interact with all teams, especially closely with the Customer Success team. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Product.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Writing and debugging code for our dashboards;
  • Creating visualisations for product data;
  • Identifying, researching and implementing solutions to resolve any issues or add new functionality to existing dashboards;
  • Communicating insights from data trends, to guide future development and product roadmap decisions;
  • Assessing data quality and availability;
  • Helping with defining baseline success metrics for roadmap projects;
  • Supporting UX research by validating/testing assumptions with data;
  • Enabling Customer Success with clear insights that improve customer outcomes.

About you

You’re curious, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You love digging into product data and turning it into clear, useful stories. You don’t just report numbers, you look for what they mean and what we should do next. You enjoy solving problems, both independently and in collaboration with others. You’re comfortable owning your work end-to-end, collaborating across teams, and communicating insights in a way that makes people go “ah—got it.”

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Who has seen a company or two, this is not a role to kick-start a career. You’ll be working independently a lot. You don’t need to have done the exact same role, but you need to understand the theoretical fundamentals of data analysis.

Some things on our wish list:

  • Experience working with relational databases and complex data structures;
  • Able to review and optimise the performance of dashboards, queries and visualisations;
  • Experience with creating data visualizations for various use cases and stakeholders;
  • Clear communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Empathy for users and customer-minded thinking;
  • Ownership mentality: you proactively spot opportunities and take full responsibility for a project from start to finish;
  • Bonus: experience with tools like Looker, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics platforms.

Feel like you don’t meet all of the requirements? Don’t worry - you don't need to! If you hear the calling and only meet a few, we are still more than interested in having a chat with you!

Working at Equalture is exciting. It’s challenging. Things move fast.
It takes a team of dedicated people to help us scale globally.
Bright minds who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
And last but not least: We all believe that a world in which everyone gets an equal opportunity to get hired should have been realised a long time ago.
