Supply Chain Coordinator

As we grow, our supply chain becomes even more critical. That’s where you come in.

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone between production, logistics, and our commercial team. You’ll make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time — efficiently, transparently, and responsibly.

You’ll work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to keep Kinfill running smoothly as we scale internationally.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate production planning and purchase orders across our suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics with our 3PL partners
• Track lead times, costs, and delivery performance — and continuously improve them
• Maintain clean, reliable supply chain data (SKUs, forecasts, timelines)
• Flag risks early and help solve issues before they become problems
• Support sustainability initiatives by improving efficiency and reducing waste

Who you are:

• 2–4 years experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics (FMCG or DTC is a plus)
• Highly organised and comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets
• Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure
• You enjoy improving processes — not just maintaining them
• Clear communicator who works well across teams and external partners
• You care about sustainability and want your work to have real-world impact
