Henkel Consumer Brands is offering an internship in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) in the Netherlands. Please apply only if you are currently living in the Netherlands and you are still a student or you have graduated maximum 3 months prior to the internship start date.

About this position
What you'll do
- Develop further our digital tool and guideline related to safety, health and environmental benchmarking
- Support global exchange of best practices between factories and warehouses
- Support incident investigation process & SHE performance by analyzing trends
- Support culture based safety program & maturity program
- Support process safety program & machinery safety
- Support the development of our global analytics platform for all metrics related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality at our production sites
Your skills
- Bachelor or Master student in Chemical engineering, Chemical safety, Process safety etc.
- Good analytical skills and experience with digital tools such as PowerBI, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-driven and eager to work in global teams
- Open mind and curiosity to explore
- Pro-active mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results within established timelines.
- Available for a full time internship starting March/April 2026 for 6 months
