Business Analyst - Pricing

Share your talents

As a Business Analyst, you serve as a crucial link between business goals, technical solutions and system performance. You collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to analyse end-to-end business processes within your domain; gather and translate requirements; identify opportunities for improvement; and support the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Summary of responsibilities

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to map out end-to-end data and process flows in BPMN, identifying key pain points, gaps and areas for improvement; translating into functional and technical requirements and recommending practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Liaise with Tech and Data teams (external software vendors, technical developers, Business Domain architects, Solution architects and other Business Analysts) to design, test and implement future-proof solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide clear, detailed documentation and training materials for business end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and processes.
  • Lead the testing process, ensuring systems and processes work as intended by validating data flows between systems and supporting the business end users in developing comprehensive test scenarios that validate both functionality and data accuracy across systems.
  • Issue management – support in identifying, documenting and tracking defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.

The Business Analyst role sits in the Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory domain reporting into the Head of Tech Products, Pricing & Sourcing.

Bring all of you

You are proactive, ever-curious and unafraid to ask questions - digging deeper to unearth the root cause of underlying issues. You have strong attention to detail and are great at communication – able to translate seamlessly between business and technical language. You embrace change and can adapt to the international, fast-paced, dynamic environment at Rituals.

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / business consultant in a tech environment.
  • Strong grasp of business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation.
  • Experienced in documenting and analysing business processes, incl. current/future state mapping and gap analysis.
  • Proficient with visual process tools (Miro/Lucid); BPMN is a plus.
