As an Engagement Lead (EL), you are the commercial and strategic owner of client relationships. You drive demand, growth, and long-term partnerships by inspiring clients, identifying opportunities, and converting value into concrete initiatives.

This role builds a strong consulting and value-driven background (e.g. Senior Business Consultant, Value Engineer, Engagement Manager). You lead sales, upselling, value positioning, and strategic account development, working closely with Delivery Leads and technical teams. The Engagement Lead will be responsible for conducting process intelligence scans and identifying areas for improvement in client organizations. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of process mining solutions across various industries. You will collaborate closely with customers to help them uncover inefficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and realize tangible business value through data-driven insights. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the ROI of process intelligence, automations and other applications, guiding them through the implementation journey, and ensuring continuous value realization. You will provide management consulting services, develop effective strategies, and communicate recommendations to clients.

You operate as part of a Client Success Team, together with a Delivery Lead, ensuring clients experience continuous value while OFI grows sustainably within each account.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely. Travel is required, especially during onboarding and when working closely with clients.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Consulting:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact use cases for process mining.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and unlock business value.

Value Realization & Measurement:

  • Develop business cases and ROI models to quantify the value of process mining and automation.
  • Continuously measure and validate the impact of solutions on customer KPIs and financial performance.
  • Drive ongoing improvements to maximize value realization and ensure customer success.

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Collaborate with technical consultants and data scientists to design tailored solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Assist in developing execution plans for process data extraction and analysis.

Thought Leadership & Advocacy:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in process mining and digital transformation.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Represent OFI Services at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide input into product development based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by assisting in value assessments and proof-of-concept engagements.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of process intelligence, business processes, and change management
  • Consultative, commercially minded, and strategic
  • Comfortable operating across multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Able to connect strategy, value, and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction

Language: English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
