Technology & AI track

As a Technology and AI Trainee at NN, you get the opportunity to work on technological innovations to support our customers. Help build our apps, work with data science to digitize our claims processes, or translate IT business requirements into IT solutions. In addition, you will further develop yourself as a future leader. Together with the other trainees, you will follow an extensive personal development program.

As a Technology & AI trainee, you will become a supporter of change with strong leadership and technological skills. You get the chance to gain experience in various fields within the IT landscape, such as cloud solutions, security, data & AI, or quality control.

During your rotations, you will get to know the different fields. In addition, you and your fellow trainees will receive training on various topics that are relevant to your rotation and NN. And to fully equip you, you will become part of the NN Engineering Guild, where you work and learn together with NN's tech experts. Be prepared to be challenged, learn a lot in a short time, and use your analytical skills to the fullest!

This is what your traineeship looks like

The entire traineeship has a duration of two years. In these two years you will have 3 rotations, meaning you will have the chance to work at three different assignments throughout NN Group. After the traineeship, you will find a fixed role in the company but don’t worry, we will still support you.

This is how you aim for the best result. Furthermore, as a NN Group trainee:

• You have obtained your Master's degree in a tech or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Physics by September 1st. Additionally, you have a maximum of two years of work experience after your graduation date.
• You are driven by learning and development in your career as well as a person.
• You like to take initiative, have a great sense of responsibility and do not give up until you have reached your goals.
• You have strong communication skills that you want to use to inspire and motivate others.
• You certainly want to join an internationally operating corporation.
